Correction of the answer to the question

Dear contestants, due to an observed inconsistency, we are publishing the following correction of the answer to the question:

Question:
Is a street from the eastern side between the Museum and the planned residential building introduced? If not, how to ensure access of fire trucks when extinguishing fire on each façade?

Answer:
Given the proximity of the building to the eastern property boundary, it is not possible to introduce a roadway or establish a 3.5-meter zone for fire truck access. Vehicle access should be provided from the other three sides (south, west, and north), taking into account that fire trucks can move over surfaces with adequate load-bearing capacity and reinforced substrate, not necessarily limited to asphalt surfaces.
In the program it is stated:
“When designing, honor the provisions of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia in particular the Law on Planning and Construction, Regulation on the Content, Method and Procedure of Drafting and the Method of Controlling Technical Documentation according to the Class and Purpose of Objects – basic provisions (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 96/23), the Law on Fire Protection (“Official Gazette of the RS”, Nos. 111/2009, 20/2015 and 87/2018 – other laws), the Regulation on Technical Norms for Fire Protection of Residential and Commercial Buildings and Objects of Public Purpose (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 22/2019), the Regulation on Technical Standards of Planning, Design and Construction of Buildings, ensuring the smooth movement and access of people with disabilities, children and the elderly (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 22/15), as well as other regulations and standards defining the subject area.”
