Question The deadline is extremely short. Does this mean that future winners have received documentation in advance? Is it possible to find out who they are so we can connect with them?
AnswerThe contest is open, poll-based and anonymous, and all documentation is transparent and available to all participants from the moment of publication of the contest. The winners will be selected on the basis of the criteria and rules of the contest defined in Chapter 9 CRITERIA FOR MARKING PROGRAM APPLICATIONS and in accordance with the rules of the contest defined in Chapter 10 of the Contest Program.
Question Dear Sir/Madam, what are the urban parameters for the given site (GBA – gross building area)? Is it possible to change the dimensions of the existing facility, the height of the crown and the number of underground floors?
AnswerThe existing GBA is given in item 6.3 DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST SITE – CURRENT STATE. Changes in the dimensions, height of the crown and the number of underground floors are possible only if in accordance with Chapter 7 PLANNING REQUIREMENTS, contest task and protection measures given in Chapter 8, i.e. item 8.3. Question The table of expected area does not show the surfaces of pathways (at least indicatively). If about 15% is added to the net area for pathway spaces, there is a need to increase the area.
